We provide integrated architecture and construction services for a range of projects types and across project stages. We primarily work in the inner west area, including Balmain, Balmain East, Birchgrove, Rozelle, Annandale and Leichhardt and understand the challenges and opportunities of the area.
Development Feasibility Services
Development feasibility report with key data and planning calculations, Site inspection and discussion,
Planning advice.
Design Consultation & Pre-Design Services
Pre-design process which includes a fixed price for survey, research and client workshop. It is limited to single residences (NCC Class 1a) in the Inner West Council and City of Sydney Council areas.
